Sticker sheets and multi-packs
Design and proofing services

3. Order Process & Pricing

Ordering

All orders must be placed through our website.
Prices are based on size, quantity, and material specifications.
Custom quotes may be offered for large or complex orders.
Full payment is required before production begins.

Pricing

All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Prices may change without notice.
Promotions may have specific terms and limitations.

4. Design Requirements & Proofs

File Requirements

High-resolution files (300 DPI+) preferred.
Accepted formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, EPS, SVG.
Vector files recommended for best quality.
CMYK color mode preferred (RGB acceptable).

Proof Approval

A digital proof will be provided before production.
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all content.
No changes can be made after approval without possible additional charges.

5. Production & Shipping

Production Times

Standard production is 3–5 business days after proof approval.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Lead times may vary during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.
Free shipping is offered on qualifying orders.
International shipping is available to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees and import duties.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are securely processed via industry-standard providers.
Accepted methods: credit and debit cards.
Store credit or promotional codes may be used at checkout.
Failed payments may result in cancellation.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of all designs and content you submit.
By submitting content, you grant Sticker Pilot a license to reproduce it solely for fulfilling your order.
You warrant that you have rights to all submitted content.

Prohibited Content
We do not accept:

Unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material
Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
Content that violates any third-party rights

Promotional Use
Sticker Pilot may display completed work (non-confidential) for marketing purposes.

8. Quality & Satisfaction

We stand behind our materials and workmanship.

Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences and printing methods.
Contact us with any quality concerns—your satisfaction is important.
Defective items will be reprinted or refunded at our discretion.

9. Returns & Refunds

Custom products are non-returnable unless defective.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Photo evidence is required for refund or reprint consideration.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative to refunds.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sticker Pilots liability is limited to the cost of the purchased products. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to our services or products.
