Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sticker Pilot. We work hard to produce and ship your custom sticker orders quickly and accurately.

Order Processing

All custom orders include a free digital proof before production. Production begins after your artwork proof is approved.

Most approved orders are produced within 2–4 business days. Larger orders, specialty materials, or orders requiring artwork adjustments may take additional time.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping within the United States on eligible orders.

Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout when supported by the carrier.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier.

Typical U.S. delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days, when available

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Sticker Pilot is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help review the issue. In some cases, a claim may need to be filed with the carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we are only offering products to the US market. 

Custom Product Notice

Because our products are custom-made using customer-provided artwork, orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Please review your proof carefully before approval.
