At Sticker Pilot, we don’t let turbulence ruin your sticker experience.

If your order arrives damaged or takes a nosedive in quality, we’ll get you flying high again in no time—with free replacements on the house. No need to taxi around with frustrating returns. Just send us a few clear photos of the damage, and we’ll fast-track a new batch to your runway.

🛬 Here’s how to request a replacement:

  1. Snap a few photos of the damage (please include packaging if it helps).

  2. Email them to michael@stickerpilot.com with your order number.

  3. We'll review your flight report and get a fresh order cleared for takeoff—fast.

We don’t require returns—your time is too valuable to be grounded with shipping labels and drop-offs. All we ask is a visual confirmation so we can steer quality in the right direction.

Content Policy

We’re pretty chill about most things—edgy art, gore, nudity, swearing, whatever.
But there’s one line we don’t cross:

No hate. No racism. No extremist garbage.

That means we won’t print artwork that includes:

  • Racist or white-supremacist imagery or messages
  • Hate symbols or extremist group logos
  • Content attacking people for their race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, disability, or nationality
  • Anything promoting hate, violence, or discrimination toward any group of people

If your artwork falls into any of that, we’ll cancel the order and refund you.
No drama—just not something we’ll put our name on.

We reserve the right to turn down anything that feels hateful, harmful, or crosses the line. Everything else? You’re good.
