At Sticker Pilot, we’re all about smooth landings and stellar sticker experiences. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right—with free replacements, no returns required.

✈️ Fast & Easy Replacements

If your order is damaged or defective:

  1. Take a few clear photos of the issue (include the packaging if it’s helpful).

  2. Email them to michael@stickerpilot.com along with your order number.

  3. We'll review your report and launch a replacement order—quickly and hassle-free.

🛑 No Need to Return

We don’t require returns—your time is too valuable to be grounded with shipping labels and post office runs. All we ask is for visual confirmation so we can ensure every order is cleared for quality takeoff.

⚠️ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

To keep operations streamlined, some items are non-returnable and not eligible for replacement:
